Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us, and the confidentiality standard we apply to client work.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide through our contact forms, gratuity calculator and maturity assessment: name, corporate email, telephone number, company size, service interest and the message you submit. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a scoped proposal, and maintain our client records. Assessment and calculator inputs are used to generate your result and, where you ask for follow-up, to inform our advice. We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Confidentiality
Client engagement material — employment files, payroll data, board papers — is handled under engagement-level confidentiality terms, restricted to the partner and team assigned to the work, and retained only for the period agreed in the engagement letter.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for twenty-four months from last contact unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Engagement records are retained in line with UAE statutory requirements and the engagement letter.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request deletion. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
