Calculator and assessment results
Gratuity figures and maturity scores are indicative estimates produced from the inputs you provide. Actual end-of-service entitlements depend on contract terms, the reason for termination and the applicable free zone or mainland regime. Verify any figure before acting on it.
Engagements
Any advisory relationship begins only when a signed engagement letter is in place. Scope, fees, confidentiality and liability are governed by that letter, not by this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
