Humex exists because the UAE market had plenty of people who could describe the problem and very few who would stay long enough to fix it.
Origin
Our founding partners spent two decades inside UAE groups — contracting, logistics, healthcare, technology — sitting on the receiving end of consulting engagements. The pattern repeated. A large firm arrived, interviewed the leadership team, produced a 120-slide diagnostic, and invoiced. Six months later the same problems were still there, now with a document explaining them.
The gap was never analysis. It was execution inside the business, under the same constraints the management team lives with: a MOHRE deadline, a bank cut-off, a site supervisor who has never been trained, a board that meets in nine days.
Humex was built to close that gap. We work on site, we write the contracts, we run the first payroll cycle with your team, we sit in the first performance reviews, and we only close an engagement when the system is running in your hands.

Operating principles
We work inside your operation, alongside your managers, for the duration of the engagement. Advice delivered from outside the business does not survive contact with it.
Every recommendation carries a number: the exposure it removes, the cost it releases, or the retention it protects. If we cannot measure it, we do not bill for it.
An engagement closes when the system is running in your hands — documented, owned by named people, and tested through at least one full cycle.

Twenty-two years across UAE industrial, contracting and holding-company environments, including eight years as group HR director for a Dubai conglomerate of 4,000 staff. Leads Humex's compliance and restructuring practice.
